Message	here, its bad as well, I often have to go over a couple lanes to get around a left lane hogg doing 100-110km/h, when normally 120-130km/h is safe on our massive 3-5 lane highways. People here seem to think that as long as they're doing the speed limit they can use whatever lane they want..as though its a right. Driving here is getting worse and worse, I think in part to the crazy insurance rates we have. Average is $3-6k per year. This causes people to drive nervious, scared of tickets and accidents...many people (30%) don't bother getting insurance, which makes them even more paranoid and drive even slower. Believe it or not, we have 3-5 months of snowy roads a year, and there is NO requirement of snow condition driver training!! So imagine, we have 150 000 immigrants per year coming to the Toronto area, and only a handfull of them have ever seen snow! They all get their licences right away, and the first few weeks of snow are just insane! Gotta Love The Z
